I'd have to agree with dsplaisted. Any program that would be sophisticated enough to work with the SDK would have to be at least that size. If you know C++ then I suggest to go to this topic here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=166933 That topic will explain step by step how to setup everything needed to use the SDK.
