Hello.
I'm trying to implement acts of terrorism into the game using zafzo's tutorial, but I would like to have the attack cause empire-wide unhappiness in the victim's civ, but I don't know what code would enable this.

Unless someone has already done something like this in a mod, I think you're going to have to write your own.

How far have you got with implementing acts of terrorism?
