[GS] Seasted not giving Housing Bonus [CQUI bug, not vanilla]

IIRC, last time I used them, they where working properly.
But on my last game, the yields are correct but I get no housing from them...


EDIT: it's a bug from CQUI, the real housing isn't displayed but the growth rate is normal
