Secret AI cheats

I think we must have all realized that the AI has more little stealth cheats than the straight bonus to food, production and gold and the free techs. What are some that you guys have found?

I once found Beijing at turn 3 and the city already had an improved salt mine, with the Worker already making a farm at another tile. I also heard people talking about the AI Missionaries being secret horse units, being able to move after converting, but never noted that myself.

On Deity, AI starts with 2 workers and has double improvement speed. So it's very likely.
