Anyone here know what the song in the background is to the Xenoempathy Dome video? I checked my SMAC manual and did some Googling, but am still stuck =\

The tune also comes up in Civ IV; when you build the Oracle (I think).

Any clues? I'm pretty sure its 19th century, but that doesn't say much =\
