OK, I'm guessing I'm a bit early, but I guess I should post this before I forget. Anyways, this thread is dedicated to Selma Lagerlöf, an author that received the Nobel Prize, was the first woman to be accepted in Svenska Akademien and is on the Swedish Twenty SEK bill. I mean, how cool isn't that?! Ironically, her greatest hit was "Nils Holgersson's wonderful journey through Sweden" that was actually a Geography book. A big round of applause for this lady!

Selma Lagerlöf.

:bday: [party] :bounce: :hatsoff:  :worship: :be:bowdown: :goodjob:   :D ;) :band:

Yeah, I read that as a kid and remember it fondly. Good stuff.

("Actually a geography book" in this case means "a fairy-tale travelogue where unreal events happen in a real setting").

Wonder who ownes the film-rights to "Nils"? Or if people are waiting for the 2015 copyright expiry date?

Since I'm guessing it's not going to appear on the radar of most of the CFC OT crowd unless Disney makes an animated version of it.

It should work amazingly well in the Disney format btw. Talking animals galore!:goodjob:
