I didn't see anything about world congress in the update. Really believe they need to add info for world congress votes based upon your diplomacy access level. Something like None/Limited - No Info. Open - How vote (yes/no). Secret - add the specific details of the vote (yes, faith purchases, etc.). TS - All vote info, to include how much diplomatic favor will be spent.
