Serious Graphics Problem

Everytime I play it only shows leader's eyes and mouth and if they have something on their head, that. A little help please?

Sounds like one of the classic V1 issues, if you loaded out of the box it will be. Load Patch V1.52, there is a link at the top of the home page of the Board
Another cause of this can be not meeting the game hardware specs, check yours carefully against the link below
