Okay then, you take this turnset and if Windfury shows up, he can follow you.wow, i see im soon to be playing again.
im more then ready for my next turnset.. i will need some to time to settle in, but i realy want to play again
ive been useing my civ4 time latley to pursue some deity wins. Not many in the bag as of late, but i will try on...
That is great, 2metra.I will take a deeper look at the situation and will catch up with the last page and a half and will come with ideas these days.
Yes, I realize that now.Well, I took a look and I can say we are doing perfect military-wise. My greedy eyes are only looking at all those settling sites and I can hardly resist. I am always greedy for land. This my land obsession usually gives me absolute dominance or screws me bad to someone smaller and more technologically advanced player (pitboss I am talking about).
Anyway. One thing I noticed in our game is we don't have enough espionage points to do any espionage mission against Ragnar, not to speak about such costly as city disorder.
Your map is pretty well what I figure should happen but it would be super if some of our war generals could comment on the procedure. Ragnar has horse archers, in case I didn't mention seeing them in Nidaros.Do we want to use catapults, or just mass swords and spies?
This looks like a really complex position. I must say.
Construction would be great for forts, there is more than one peninsula we could cut trough with just one fort.
Enlighten us.dima42 said:I think that with intelligent warring there should be no further need for unit production. But I'm not positive.
Good points!Actually, I think we need to take our time here. Losing our army to Ragnar vs. keeping it for next conquest is a huge difference in this game. Many teams are recognizing the importance of the first war and are at about the same spot turn-wise where we are. We're substantially behind plastic ducks and one short straw in terms of early development, but we're quite competitive with everyone else (i just gathered this from graphs).
It will be pretty easy to play through the turns after we conquer two ai's (to the point where many of us could do it in one sitting and lose 5-15 turns to ideal play, but not 50 turns; if we misplay this stage of the game it can easily cost us 50 turns).
if no one puts up a military plan within ~30 hours, i'll put up a first draft. but i'd be just as happy to just look over someone else's draft version.
sure, im ok with it. actualy i am kinda owerwhelmed by this stage of the game... as my work is killing me...
