Which rook did you move to d1. The rook from a1 (in this case the correct notation is Rad1) or the rook from f1 (notated as Rfd1). ?

I have added a + sign to your 17th move. (It means check). It's not necessary to use it (without it, the move is unambiguous), but it's common practice.
