Should i wait for Vice City?

I would deffinantly advise waiting for Vice City, GTA3 was an awesome game, a massive step forward but VC just adds so much more. The missions are exciting and different, the music is excellant, the clothes are laughable and the characters are believable

As for my favourite missions, it must be "Phom Penh '86" the one where Lance flys the helicopter and you shoot out the side, great fun.

I heard that there is a military helicopter with guns on it that u can get, is that true?

Yes there is.In the Army base near the airport.Easiest way to get it is to wear the police uniform which is avaiable after the mission "Copland".Then you can just walk in and take it.
You can get it rambo style either by jumping the front gate or landing a normal chopper in the compound.Sometimes the soldiers will just ignore you for some reason.Most times they open up.
It also is available at the helipad near ocean beach after 100 packages


Yes Phom Penh '86 was very cool.Should have been longer.I like the boat one too(Cuban missions iirc) although it was much harder

I tried walking in with the cop outfit but couldn't find either the tank or the helicopter in the army base. Do they not always spawn or something?

iirc the tank won't show up until you have found 90 packages.

The helicopter is one of those "sometimes there,sometimes not" vehicles.Circle around and come back.

Man, Vice City is an awesome game. Arguably one of the best 4th releases of any videogame. It really did the franchise justice. Now, if they really want to make GTA5 fun, they'll set it in LA in 2023. Hovercars and plasma guns...

I'd say wait until Vice City comes out on the Nintendo Genesis 360 in 10 more years time. It'll get you pumped up for GTA 6
