Simple Question

How do I replace dead civs on my foriegn advisor page? I am playing in a hgue map with 12+ civs, and one is dead and now theres no picture at all (or anything) where he was. Also how do I switch an open spot with a civ thats not on the advisor page?

Hold down Shift and right-click the picture.

I thought there was a little box which you could click on in the top left, and if you scroll down, it has a list of civilizations to switch in.
