What's new in this version?: Adds Auckland's Sky Tower to the game - +1.5 culture, +1 great engineer point, +4 gold on worked water tiles.

First time doing a mod, so I hope it works.

Did you test this?

Generally speaking, the game does not handle fractional additions well, and nothing else in game really adds fractional culture. I would say just make it 1 or 2 culture and call it a day.

Ah okay. It seemed to work for me, though I didn't pay close attention to the intricacies of the culture addition. Cheers for the feedback - very, very new to this!

Could you show some pics? As a kiwi I'd love to have the sky tower in-game, but I always like to have a look at the mod first.
