Does the skyscrapers card work for the launch earth satellite and other space items functions?

Isn't that card for modern wonders and such? If so I'd probably say no, which is unfortunate since the production costs can be outrageous

Off the top of my head there is the City-State Hong Kong, their suzerain bonus is a 20% production towards city projects, other than that I'm not sure, currently at work so can't confirm more than that

The Military policy card Integrated Space Cell gives +15% production to Space Race projects if the city in question has either a Military Academy or a Seaport. (A Military Academy on its own gives +3 production, so you'd probably want to have that anyway.) It unlocks with the Space Race civic.

There is also a Great Engineer (don't remember the name) that provides 20% to space race projects. Not sure if it applies to all cities or just the the city you activate him in.
