Slave Cages

Can somebody explain the Slave Cages to me. I mean in which circumstances can I build them, what buildings do I need, ...

i think Balseraphs can sacrifice a Slave to make one in cities that have Carnivals

Yes, I think it is exactly that, and they work like animal cages, providing happyness and culture (?).

they require a blasperaph ony building called a freak show instead of a carnival and they pretty much are just an extra set of animal cages

BTW you can have human, orchish, dwarven, and elvish slave cages!

nah the angel/ demon woudl probobly obliberate the cage or kill the people who look at it

Angel/Demon cages might be a good idea, but they should require much higher techs. It would be cool if they had the highest benifits, and some serious drawbacks. Perhaps they could cause a chance for a "Nuclear Mealtdown?"
