EDIT: if you reread the post it says "Can you make ones..." ones is plural not sigular meaning different title screens for each lol thats almost the smartest comment I have said this whole week

You can have one at time but with the title screen player which some one made it is possible to have one different every time you start Civ III

Ok no problem and i made 2 other templates. Here there are.
One for Civ 3 and one for Civ 4. There arein PSD file, photoshop file. But i will have to zip them. and i do not have win rar on thje computer i am on now. Just wait a little bit. Sorry about that
