Slow and Stuttering Nvidia MX4000

Hello this is my first time doing this but I have a serious problem and I am noticing there is nothing that I can do to stop it!! The Civ IV game, which is awesome just slows and stutters when showing movies and I don't know what to do I have done everything in the book from the 3d Analyze to the window. Here are the system info you may need to help me:
AMD Athlon XP 2000+
1.00GB
XP Pro SP2
Nvidia Geforce MX 4000 128
I'm guessing that is all that you need and massive amounts of memory to burn!! What can I do is it my card that sucs or what because looking at the requirements my computer meets it!! Please help thanx

Your graphics card is rather weak. Consider turning movies off.

Yeah thanx ;p!! I was able to go to a site that I saw on here SRtest.com and found out that my card is MORE than rather weak but very weak considering todays games that are out now!! So yeah I'm putting it to rest and just buying another computer and possibly getting the Geforce7600 GS (PCI-E 512MB) which I think should be a sufficient card. But based on the fact that they are going to be popping out the DirectX10 in a couple I saw that I should get a ATI or the 8800 GTX from Nvidia I really don't know what to get I saw a thread on that somewhere but yeah thanx for the reply, but you are right my card is rather weak.

As i said in another thread any nvidia 4### card is not good enough for civ4
