This is a very simple mod: It increases the beaker cost of every technology in the game by 30%, in all game speeds.
For those that feel that research is a bit too quick compared to everything else.
I was even hesitant a bit before creating and uploading it: it seemed extremely likely or even obvious that this kind of easy and simple modification was already available as a mod. But surprisingly, such a mod wasn't present on Steam Workshop yet.
