I'm sorry. The idea is a nice one, but you really should give it a lot more finishing touches. The green area around the lightbulb is simply too visible and the pedestal should be visible through that green. Small pediaicon of Electronics passes for a pediaicon just and just, but you might still want to replace it anyway.

Also, you really need buildings-small and buildings-large files, there's no point in releasing improvement graphics without them.

Keep workin' on it a bit more.
