Based on the information in this thread, it seems pretty clear we want to build the Smith's Wonder. This poll is to verify that.

It's also here to pin down what city we want to build it in. I see the best choice as Zojoji, because it will build Smith's the fastest without us having to interrupt production of something else (which is the case in Fanatikku and Shorin-Ryu). However, if you desperately want to see Smith's built somewhere else, that choice is here too.

And, of course, for you party poopers who don't want to build Wonders, there's a choice for that.
