sniper units?

My idea with snipers was less of a 'group of 2-3 men', but a guerrila-style army. A la Iraq, Afghanistan(1979), Vietnam, etc. They wouldn't necessarily be 3 black-masked men, but a large group of guerrila warriors.

I think this would give a fighting chance to small civs who were never able to expand out of their ****ty jungle starting locations until the rest of the land was grabbed by Civs with better starting locations. Or arctic locations, or what have you.

You know there is an guerilla unit in C3C, don't you?

Not everyone has C3C so perhaps not... It would be interesting to have a more specialised guerrila unit that had a greater defensive bonus in particular terrain like jungle or mountains.
