so many abandoned mods? please help decide

hey everyone

stumbled about some great mods, but as many of them seem dropped down
i wondered if anybody can give advice about a working mod compilation i could download.

so far i have
R.E.D. modpack (v 11)
Tech - Satellites Reveal Cities (v 2)
InfoAddict (v 15)
Unofficial Patch and Thals Balance (v 74)

so CCMAT 1 and 2 not working? any good alternative? actualy i only look
for something slowing down research a bit, so i can play longer in the different eras
and build some more units, but nothing big scale, allowing a huge war, just a small tweak so to say ;) --- strong economy v 19 perhaps working?

CivilizatioNiGHTS is pretty nice, and so is Terra Nostra and Hukkak Revised Extra Civ Pack.

Queen of the Iceni, Simple Clock, and Legions are also good. Note that Legions can be used on pretty much any mod and NiGHTS doesn't get along with mods that add extra civ's.

Dale Kents TSL Earth maps are good, can be used with pretty much anything, im not sure about if they work with DLC Civ's other than mongol. (or any of them for that matter)

I also have Dale Kents Maps of the World. They are pretty satisfying and almost as good as you can expect - im suprised he hasn't been hired as a dev but i said the same about kael and rhye.

History in the Making II and Procylon's Call to Power project are both interesting but need a little more time - but they arent buggy or anything they work fine. and both show promise.

Total Mod is acceptable but it feels like it doesn't so much add new content as it redistributes it with new ages and techs to break up the advancement and you start with cavemen. it needs a better early and mid game but it also shows promise and continual development.

So far, i say NiGHTS is the best mod and has the potential to steal the spotlight just like RFC or FFH did in civ 4. it is what i have been playing the most.

i tried out Nights before, though it sounded like a to big change to a civ i hadnt played much yet, it didnt work right anyway, so i left it out.

Legions downloaded and installed, thank you :) the other mod for units on same tile didnt work, so i missed exactly this

game running welll so far with
Historic game speed
Legions
R.E.D.
Tech - Satellites Reveal Cities

If someone had experience that Historic speed mod doesnt turn out well later in game please tell, though so far its exactly what i was looking for.
