Idk is it good or bad. There the name of the city and under it is the bar. Its nearly always low. Is it good or bad?
And how can i raise it?

I think either you are reffering to the Production Bar(The Blue One). You must not be putting in enough hammers into your projects. What difficulty level are you playing on?

what did you mean by 'putting enough hammers'?

You might be reffering to the city screen then, In which case the growth bar is low. You may not have enough food.
If you are on Chieftian(second easiest) then everything is done to your advantage, it shouldn't matter if your growth rate is low.
Hammers are the symbol for production.
How high is yor population? If it is above 7 then it hardly matters if your growth bar is low. If below then you don't have enough food.

it means you work the villages
which probably means you don't work the mines, which probably explains why your production bar doesn't move fast...
