There's only really one thing I hate about Civ4: the spy. Maybe they think it'd be too unbalanced but I liked the spy having the potential to be a big part of the game and a versatile nuisance. Has anyone made any good mods of this? I've only found a steal tech one which doesn't work too well on my computer.
It'd be great if there could be a spy as interesting as Alpha Centauri's probe teams. What about spreading unhappiness? reducing a city's health or population by poisoning the water supply? sabotaging a building in a city? taking over a city or unit with cash? stealing money/tech? assassinating great people? etc...
