I don't understand. Why is Germany's leader still Bismarck and why is the symbol still the Iron Cross instead of the Hakenkreuz?

I have seen videos and images in which the leader is Adolf Hitler and the symbol is the Swastika.

Please help, it's kind of important to be historically accurate.

It's a bug with civ5 during the mod's initialization, something is not updated in cache (but is correctly updated in the database), it could occurs with any civ, when it happens you may try to go back to civ5 mods menu and then launch the mod again.
