In the wake of the terrorist disasters, I have been moved to see tributes of sorrow, sympathy and support from around the world. Here are two that particularly touched me, from unexpected places... Albania and Russia

Albanians love American's.America is "usefull" in Kosovo and Macedonia.

Russia seek's friendship with europe for a long time now. They would like to be with the E.u. Personaly ,i think it's something to consider.
russia is rich of natural resources, and Europe, russia and America have mutual stratigical interests's in the southern russia region. the russians are fighting the taliban for a long time now.mostly to fight the hard drugs smugol along the southern border. These drugs are destined for europe. The bombings in afhanistan marked the end of the nouthern Allaince. It was a small region controled by a russian backed millitant leader. (or something) It means that the Taliban is getting more control over the region ,and are now a potential threat to country's like Tadjikistan.
As you all know ,they harbour The all famous Ossama Bin Laden.

In strange times you must be prepared to make strange moves. If afhanistan is youre threat ,then russia is youre sollution.and Europe youre friend.

The Taliban are barbarians. The destroyed monument's ,killed tourist just for their beliefs.
Woman have to wear carpet's over their head. i'm not sympathetic to that.

i say it again ,russia may be an interresting wildcard.

Yes, truly surprising. I never would have guessed countries like Albania would come forth with sympathy. Now is the time for the true friends to step forward.

There isn't a civilized country in the world that doesn't feel your pain and pray for the survival of those who remain.

Just here where I live I could see candels lit in the majority of the windows in all the buildings to homage those Americans that died during this barbaric act of terrorism.

We all hope that you will find those that did this and bring them to swift justice - I know that Blair is already trying to make convince Bush to make it a joint effort with all Civilized states and not just the US!
