Speaker Trouble

Okay, now one of my speakers (the right one, which has the power, volume, and tone buttons) keeps messing up and the sound won't come out of it. So basically only one of them is working. I checked the cords but nothing is out of place or hanging loose. The malfunctioning speaker sometimes works but often fades out with an annoying fuzzy sound. Anyone know whats up?

Oh and also, for some reason when I disconnect the cord that connects to my computer it starts working again before fading out of power

Yea but I just got these new ones (well technically my parents did) and they would be p0ed if they were already broke even though it's not my fault

check the connections to see if the jack is making proper contact.

This has just happened to my headphones ( Sound fades out, fuzzy noise, etc). The problem with my headphones was that the wire leading to the right one became frayed ( bending, twisting, etc). You could have the same problem. Take a close look at the jack, and if you can see any wire, means the casing at least has torn, and very likely the wires too.
