Spy and Embassy

When you discover writing, you are ususally prompted whether ye want to establish embassies.
Other wise in Civ3, rightclick your capital, and choose the conduct espionage, and for Spies, right click the city in which you have built the Intelligence agency, and choose the espionage thing.
In PTW, you can just click on the E button next to your map, highlight the civ you wish to establish an embessy/put spy, and follow the buttons.
