Spy Killed While Aboard Attack Submarine

I discovered that while my Attack Submarine was in enemy waters with a task force, the Spy carried aboard was detected and killed. This should not occur as the Spy was being transported and should be invulnerable while aboard ship unless the Attack Submarine is itself sunk.

This was under v3.02, because I'm afraid to go to v3.03 now.

They need to fix the spy can do espionage from ship issue first.

Else every coastal city would have a super secret spy just chillin...

I was not aware that a Spy could function from aboard a ship. That should also be fixed, but allowing Spies to be killed aboard ship does not balance matters out.
