Spyware/Adware Help

I've been having problems with ad/spyware lately. I've run Adaware, Spybot, and Norton Antivirus. Norton picked up the 2 exe's that seem to be the problem but it cant delete them...How would I go about getting rid of these?

c:\windows\system32\UkoQFY.exe
c:\windows\system32\IokeBv3.exe

I tried to go in with windows explorer and delete them manually but they don't show up(view hidden files is on)...Any ideas how I can get rid of these?

Perhaps using MSDOS? I'm sure there's a download somewhere, but if you know how to CD (change directory) then it might do the trick.

On the other hand, perhaps not.

I just went into dos and went to that directory and did DIR and those files didnt show...

Reboot in safemode and delete. Works for me.

Did you disable system restore before rebooting?

try in dos dir /AH (its supposed to show hidden files)

Have you got the latest update signature files for adaware and spybot? I updated my files and got a whole lot more problems found that the 'old' reference files had missed.
