Starting Religions in Worldbuilder?

So I'm trying to make a Civ V scenario, but I want the religions in it to be there from the very start. I also want to playtest this scenario a few times to make sure I've got everything the way I want it.

A complication arises: While I theoretically could just create every religion I feel like in IGE every time I make a change and test it, this is exorbitantly tedious.

Is there a way to make it so Civs will just start with the religion I want them to have?

This will require lua. Search the forums for discussions... the mod in my sig adds religions. You can use that as a template. There is a lua file for that purpose within the mod.
