Winter Warrior
Chieftain
So I wanted to give the klingon empire a shot, but what's the idea behind you not founding the warrior's code religion even though you start out with the tech? Some other empire finds the warrior's code religion even though you had the tech to begin with, it doesn't sit well with me. There's no way to found the religion even if I wanted to.
This screenshot sums it all up (warrior's code being founded elsewhere):

Perhaps if you could seperate the finding of the actual religion to an additional tech, that would solve the multiple races starting out with a religion founding tech dilemma (who gets to find the religion when multiple civilizations start out with the tech). The starting tech could be concept of warrior's code and the new tech might be called adopted warrior's code.
