steam manual for colonization

does the steam version give you a manual? my upstairs neighbor bought it through steam but can't find a manual anywhere. I never bought anything from steam so cannot help him.

Nope. No one that bought it on Steam got a manual yet. I imagine Steam will have to update the title with a PDF of the manual soon based on the outcry on their official forums.

Heh well right now that "outcry" is my thread with no replies an 16 views.

I was really disappointed that they didn't include the manual. It exists for some Valve games as a right click option.
