Steam Problem re-adding friend (PLS Help!)

Hello, I added a friend on Steam but before he accepted, I removed him from my friend list by mistake. After that I tried to re-add him to my friends list.
But I can't add him to the friends again and have this error message: ''There was a problem adding 'name' to your Friends list.''
I want to add him again, What can I do?

Go into the community tab in Steam, then search for his name in the searchbox in the upper right corner. Alternatively you can add their username (that they log in with, not the one you can change in settings that is publicly displayed) or e-mail by clicking add-a-friend in the friend's list.

E-mail or username didn't work. The same error. I can add other people but not this guy again.

Weird, I'm not sure what to suggest, maybe try again later?

Or go to his profile on Steam and click "Add as a friend"?

Oh! Time is the care for this issue. When i tried it again 5 min. ago, it worked!
