[C3C] Stephs editor won't import my biq that I made

hello I'm kinda have trouble with stephs editor on my new computer I was trying to open my first mod.biq but it rejected me I'm allow to edit stuff in program files x86 the only the time when stephs editor works is on escape from zombie island 2 elite I have net frame work which is the latest one
