Strange LAN/Router issue

I can play over LAN, but at some point my Router "goes down". I can still play over the LAN but I loose the ability to connect to the router and the net. It keeps sending info between the PCs in my LAN though. Very strange.

Is it the Router thats going down (rebooting) or is it your computer's NIC card. A way to know for sure is if other computers connected to the router stay up then it's your NIC card. If the internet on the entire network goes down then your router has a problem.

In the case of the NIC try updating the drivers.
In the case of the router update the firmware and make sure it isn't overheating.

Hmmm... Both the PCs in the MP lost connection to the internet (but not to eachother). Never thought to try the third one.

Also, I don't notice this untill I quit playing. IOW, the LAN is still working localy.

I've updated the firmware, will see if that helps.
