struggle with new patch dlc

Hello, when I start a game of civ 6 on my computer the game loads no problem, but none of my dlc are accessible. I have gone through the process of deleting my mods, unsubscribing to them on steamworkshop, deleting my mods.sqlite file, and verifying my files (i have the game through epic). However, whenever I boot up the game it creates a new mods.sqlite file that I assume is the cause of my problems. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.

Edit: recent patch has fixed my problems.
