When playing later in the game (probably Industrial era and beyond), when I zoom all the way out my FPS drops down to 30-40 FPS from the usual 60 FPS it runs at, and there is a noticeable amount of stutter. This only happens when the camera is positioned over revealed land, it doesn't happen when it's positioned over the fog of war land. I'm running a core i5 6500 and a GTX 1070 so I don't see how it could be my system specs; neither part is working at 100%, so I'm thinking it's most likely a game engine issue, was wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar.
Remember, it's only when the camera is zoomed all the way out, and positioned over revealed territory.
