This is really just me talking and not really a request for anything specific ...
My computer is a few years old and meets the minimal requirements to play Civ VII - so I live with the knowledge that it will run a little slower than those with newer zoom zoom systems. the only place I really notice it is in period between games and sometimes when it's repainting the maps.
After the update, it was running noticeably slower. I went through testing the game without mods vs slowly adding mods in and narrowed it down to the mods affecting maps - like ynamp and randomcontinents. So, I took them out and now need to decide what I can and cannot live with until updates are (or may or may not) happen to them. I really like playing on the Large map and I really like the chaotic landmasses of the random continents.
I'll just have to entertain myself in other ways
I should try the urban sprawl mod - it will force me to play differently if I can't use building stuff to spread out my borders to capture resources or land I want ...
