Hello, everybody!

I've been playing CIV for years (since the first CIV). So, I have habits and routines on the game and I get annoyed when something changes that affect those. I've produced a list of suggestions and your feedback is more than welcome, specially if you don't agree with my suggestions. That tells me that I've been playing the game "wrong" and I can improve it!
  1. Can we end the 0.5 and 0.25 movement on unites (specially workers)? - I use ENTER to rotate amongst units and it's frustrating to "waste" my time with a unit that has a 0.25 movement left. Even if it would allow me to perform a terrain improvement.
  2. Religious people should be like caravans: don't block anyone else! - many times, neutral parties are trying to convert cities I'm about to conquer and I find myself in the position of having to declare war on the Missionary, because I do need that position to attack the city. Same thing with workers... Sometimes I don't mind getting converted, but I have work to do with my workers and all those missionaries get in the way.
  3. PLEASE BRING WORKER AUTOMATION - enough said. Micro-management doesn't suit an Emperor! :)
  4. City State table - can we make it resizable? There is a bug on Mac that makes the scrolling work weird.
  5. Negotiations table - can we make it larger? Many times, other players "hide" their spy requests at the bottom of their list of demands. I'm known to have unknowingly freed spies... :(
  6. Simple Spy positioning - am I the only one annoyed at the 5 mouse clicks it takes to place a Spy???
  7. With the Nubia pack, wall repairing isn't automated and the city cannot build other stuff while repairing the wall... Can we revert this please? This micro-management doesn't suit an Emperor! :)
Thanks in advance,

Nuno

Most things you address are not specific for mac.
1. I don't seem to have that problem
2. Yes, that has been mentioned many times. Most seem to see it similar to you
3. There are no workers in civ VI. There are builders with limited charges, it would be a real waste if you automate them. It was a waste in earlier iterations to automate as well, but not quite as bad as in this one. Just look what the AI does with its builders. It would also need a mechanic that lets you block tiles where you plan to build districts or wonders. A good Emperor cares about his builders ;-)
4. I'm on Mac, too, and I have no problem here. Maybe change the resolution or disable mods?
5. See 4.
6. Yes, but you can work around it a bit so that you don't need all clicks. Still too many though.
7. It wasn't automated before as well and you had to do it instead of building something else. Nothing changed. You are free to choose when/if you want to invest into repairing, I like it.

Thanks Siptah!
#1 - Do you use ENTER to rotate through your units who have moves available? I often get builders with 0.25 or 0.5 moves available. They are annoying because in most situations, I can't do anything visible with those leftover moves.
#3 - LOL! Ok... I should have used "Dictator" instead of "Emperor". I hate the mico-management of builders. I build a bunch of them, but most of the time I accept their default actions, so I'm very "no brainer" about them. With the exception of the Mahabodhi Temple for which I usually leave a forest available, I don't really care about the rest (hence, I seldom build Chichen Itza). In the grand scheme of things, the micro-management doesn't compensate the effort.
#4 - I play on a 27 inch iMac. When I scroll up or down the list, it reacts weirdly.
#5 - When the other player suggest a lot of things on my side of the negotiation, usually the return of spy come last. If I don't scroll down I don't see them. Is that the same with you?
#7 - Before Nubia, the cities I conquered would get automatically a fully built wall. Now I have to repair them. Is it just me?

3. I could almost agree with automating builders but find they're short lives, single-turn builds, and with no way to queue up their subsequent actions (farm > mine > remove jungle > etc.) it really wouldn't be practical.
4. I've got a 27 inch iMac as well and haven't seen any odd scrolling.
5. I always double-check my trading partners list to ensure everything is as it should be. Been burned a few times when I fail to note them ceding me their capital after kicking them out of it.
7. Early eras seem to auto-repair walls, but at some point that becomes a selection under City Production. Confused me at first until I accidentally had to scroll to the bottom of the list and spotted the project.
