Tactical Nuke kills own city?!?

I can't drop a cruise missile onto my own city (the one that built it) but the tactical nuke can?? Don't get me wrong, it's idiocy to do it but I was trying to move the thing onto a sub and figured if I clicked on the origin quare (as you do with bombers, fighters and cruise missiles) it would cancel bombard mode.

It didn't.

28 pop reduced to 12 and all roads/improvements GONE.

We are *NOT* pleased. >:-|

I'd never encountered this problem before, but I usually cancel Bombard orders by right clicking or by activating another unit. You probably ordered the Tactical nuke to bombard it's own origin space. Just be careful or the United Nations may summon you for a tribunal at the Hague for war crimes against your own people. LOL
