Tank Pack Mod

I am a noob and I need help.

I have downloaded several mods and got them to work fine. But I downloaded a mod from a few years ago called tank pack mod and I can't get it to work.

It shows up in the mod list in the game and it loads seemingly ok....but no difference is seen while playing the game. I am wondering if this is a working mod or just a collection of tank models for modders to use in working mods.

You'll probably get more help posting this in the main creation and customization forum. Just did a quick search and can't find a mod named tank pack. It sounds like just a collection of different tank models.
