This thread is designed to be a reference thread of things about our team. Items such as Team Name, Leader/Civ, Team Email address, game passwords and things like that. I think this could be a place to record whatever we decide on the various game settings, though a thread dedicated to that information makes sense also.

Our Leader is Elizabeth of England.
Our Team Name is Kazakhstan.
Our Leader's Name is Natalya.

There is already a Team.Kazakhstan At Gmail DOT com. I've just sent a test email from Team FREE to that account.

I have not received a reply, so I created an email account:

Email: Kazakhstan DOT Of DOT Civ4 AT Gmail DOT com
Password: W0nderful1
Security Answer: kazakhstan (all lower case). I forget what the security question is, however.

Yeah, I got impatient.

I've set up a team Photobucket account. People shouldn't use their own photobucket accounts just in case people spot other pics they post elsewhere and then view their archive.

Username: KazakhstanBTS
Password: Potassium1

I've registered using kazakhstan.of.civ4@gmail.com address

Good thinking, Kaleb! I've never considered a joint Photobucket account. Now I wish I had. At least 30% of my Photobucket is from the [c3c] MTDG 2.

Just upload your images to the photobucket account (login using details above). Each image will then have an embed url that you can use to display the image in these forums.

In civ, just press print screen. Before doing so, if on the main map, press Ctrl+I to minise the interface so you can get more info in the shot. You should also make sure that in Options>Graphics you have 'Detailed City Info' ticked so you can see grow and build times on all cities from the main map.

You may also want to show tile yields or resources when doing a screenshot.

Once I've done print screen I normally just go into Paint and paste the screenshot and then save it as a .jpg

I would also recommened getting the BUG mod for additional info (like Great People birth times on the main screen).

I would suggest that in PhotoBucket, each turn have its own folder (album).

I'll keep using attach image on the turn logs, as it's easier than using photobucket. People can then also easily link to the attached image in other posts.

For the photobucket account I would suggest that we have a separate folder per team member so people can more easily find their own screenshots and not accidentally delete someone else's images :)

But I don't know how to generate a screensave:cry: How do I save an screen image in the first place?

There are plenty of free screenshot takers around. Just search for one. I use one called quick screen capture for my screenshots.

Thanks Classical.:) I finally figured out that pressing 'Function' and 'Insert' buttons together saves a screenshot in my BTS "Screen Saves" folder... so no worries. I'm a screenshot posting machine now.:D

I think it might be good to give out our msn details so that we can get in touch with each other and talk about the game. Also remember to use the [plain][/plain] code so that the code does not show up as an email link.

Mine is classical_hero7@hotmail.com
