Technology Advisor screen - keyboard doesn't work

Just a minor bug I noticed: when you're on the tech advisor screen (F6 I think), you can't use the keyboard to exit that screen or change advisors. Usually on any other advisor screen, you could press ESC to exit or one of the other function keys to switch to a different advisor.

This is kind of annoying because I like to cycle through all the advisors in a row (so F1, then F2, then F3, etc.), but when I get to the technology advisor I have to use the mouse to exit before I can continue down the line. If anyone is keeping track of these bug reports, add this to the list.

Also, just as an add on, since it's sort of related... at resolutions higher than 1024x768, the technology advisor is the only advisor screen that isn't centered. The rest of the appear as windows in the center of the screen, but the tech advisor is a window that appears at the top left.

Edit: OK so it looks like this particular part was a one-time issue that happened in the same session that I was messing with the resolutions. The next time I started the game up in high res the tech screen was centered properly. Still no keyboard functionality though.
