Term 4 - Nominations for Judge Advocate

Please submit a nomination for the Judicial Poistion of Judge Advocate. You may self-nominate yourself, or nominate someone else. Only those nominations that are accepted by the nominated candidate will proceed to the election polls.

Prosecutes Citizen Complaints if the 
                Citizen Complaint is filed anonymously or the accuser 
                wishes to have the Judge Advocate prosecute. He/she 
                ensures CCs are following constitution, code of laws, 
                and court procedures guidelines.

I have been writing this speach for a while. So here is my speach and plans for Term 4.

I may be an old blood in the Demogame world, but I still consider myself as new blood in the Judiciary Department. I have only gotten my toes wet in the department for one term back in Demogame III. I wish to start a new career in the Demogame Government in the Judiciary track. I may not have any experience but I do deserve the chance to prove myself. The only experiences I have are what I have learned in college. I learned how to produce reports effectively and cite my sources in MLA format. I have also studied psychology (which is going to be my next Major) which would help me in the department.

I do plan to use my skills that I have learned in College writing and research and two general psychology courses in the judiciary department. I will do my best to ensure a smooth judiciary in the term 4 judiciary team. I will work with the other judiciaries to ensure that the judiciary has a smooth process. I feel that team work is the key for a smooth department.

I do encourage giving me, CivGeneral, a chance in the judiciary department for term 4.

I decline my nomination as I am pursuing the Chief Justice seat, however I would like to fully endorse CG he shows great potential for an aspiring judiciary member and it would be a crime to deny him a chance to hold a seat on the court.

Question for the candidate: Pretend I've been CC'd for something that you believe is totally unfair. In fact, you think the whole thing is a waste of time; and that is anyone deserves to be CC'd, it's the accuser in the case. Yet it's your responsibility to prosecute me. How do you handle this?

@Bertie - I wished you submited your question before the nominations came to a close . Anyway. I would still have to do the prosecution dispite my view as seeing the CC as unfair. My Step father has taught me that there are somethings in life, especaly in RL when working, that we all have to do things that we dont like.
