I remember someone posted a suggestion that using the cruise missle model to create a unit call the terrorist.

Now I have made this unit and so far it works just fine. However, there is something I noted which is very funny/weird. I have this unit moving from one city to the other (1 movement/all terrain as road) and along the way some Babylonian unit spotted it and tries to attack it. However, they can't seems to attack it and instead they manage to stack together with the terrorist unit on a same tile??

Does this mean the unit cannot be killed by a land base unit? Has anyone tried this out?:nuke:

That isnt fair at all but in real life you don't know who terrorists are. Their not only Arabic people, they can be anyone.

Ummm....who says terrorists are arabs??

This particular unit I made is for all Civs and I mean to take them more like the secret agents that goes into enemy country and blown things up

Another thing is I make it so this particular unit do not need resources to build which give any Civ who runs out of resources but has the tech to still be able to build something powerful enough to go out and kill some enemy instead of be a sitting duck.

And this unit is suppose to be stealth too. Now I need to know if they can be attacked by land based units or air units:scan:

Yup, hidden nationality. I tried using it to attack one of the Civ, and it works! No declaration of war :D

Now, if only crazyroach would read this post, he is the one who come up with the original idea:scan:

its because cruise missles, like artillery, are captured if undefended by a unit such as a tank or mech inf/ inf/riflemen etc. etc.

You would have to make it a ground unit without the same attributes as Artillery based units such as cruise missle. I dont know how else to accomplish your goal but this is why you have this problem.

hmmm...so technically I just need to add 1 def so it can only be killed and not capture :p

However, this still does not explain why it can be stacked with other Civs' units though. I am sure an artilery piece cannot do that:(

Could it be because it's nationless? BTW, if attacked, would it be destroyed or captured? Should be better destroyed since terrorists would rather fight to their deaths than be captured (or so it seems) :)

Of course the terrorist cannot be captured!!:D

Technically anything with a 1 def should be killed as this is a unit that only available after Espionage and most unit by then is pretty strong. But then one must not forget the possibility of a tank being kill by the terrorist if it attacks it

Hmmm...come to think of it I think I will give it a slightly higher defence as I doubt that even a terrorist can be kill by a mere spearman ;)
