Text Problem!!!HELP!!1

Yeah i just got the game and when i load up the game there are some erros messages that pop up...so i get trough all that and when i get to the game all the text is wierd it shows stuff like text_something_world_campaign....and it does it for evrything and i dont know what to do anymore can someone plz help!!!!!!!!

I don't have these error messages at the startup, but I do get weird text like that. Not everywhere, but at some places in the menu. There's also some text missing in the Graphic tab of the Options Menu.
