Can't add new Eras without borking the tech tree and breaking everything

Hello, I'm trying to add two new Eras to FF+ for the primary purpose of splitting up Pirate upgraded unit spawns (e.g. making it so Pirates only get Delta Destroyers when someone actually researches the Delta Destroyer tech).

However, despite me editing every file that mentions the eras appropriately, this happens when I try to start a game (see screenshot):

What did I do wrong? I edited all of the files CIV4EraInfos told me to do (CIV4BuildingInfos, CIV4TechInfos, CIV4LeaderHeadInfos, CIV4CityLSystem, CIV4PlotLSystem, CIV4UnitInfos) along with the text keys for my new eras in text/FinalFrontierPlus.xml. This should be everything and yet it is not if this breaking of the tree is happening.

Solved with help from f1rpo.

Anyone else with tech tree problems in the future should make sure that \config\Not Just Another Game Clock.xml and \Python\BUG\Tabs\BugNJAGCOptionsTab.py are in accordance with their edits.
