Texture problems on DX11.

I'm running Windows 7 64bits version.here's a dxdiag http://pastebin.com/duxX6fqv

So, this http://steamcommunity.com/id/z0mbi3h/screenshot/596966984490832825 is how my game looks like on DX11.I've played it on dx11,and it worked perfectly,but I reinstalled my windows,and now it wont work.I've installed all my drivers,everything.

You did not install SP1. You did not install any chipset drivers.
Download these from the website of the mainboard manufactorer for that specific model.

Also check your temperatures (with GPU-Z in particular).

Done.I've installed both my chipset driver and the latest updates and the same problem. http://pastebin.com/bN3DurbS


LE:I fixed it.It seems that the problem was that I had texture's quality HIGH.with low it works fine but it doesnt look as good as it used to Well,the game is still amazing.
