ThunderFalls has completed 6/10 of a Warrior.
We have a Horse in TFalls, a nice central location.
Regia Civitas has 8 Food to go, 4 turns, riot on fifth turn.
RC will complete Colossus in 37 turns, actually fewer...
We have 45 gold in the treasury.

A related problem, RC is supporting our Northern Legion and Northern Chariot, costing one production support for 4 more turns, until it grows to size 3. We could recall the Chariot, and only loose 2 Production instead of 4. At first glance, let's keep the Chariot moving Northward...

I recommend RB the Warrior for $8, thus reducing by one turn the need for an entertainer at RC. But have I figured this right?

Also, please comment on what TFalls should build next. A Settler, right?

I am leaning towards moving the horseman to RC. Even if we rush the warrior in TF, it won't get to RC to avoid any civil disorder.

As far as what to build in TF after that..... I'd kinda hate to spend extra production on a Phalanx when those same shields would get out the next settler just that much faster.

I agree with DoM. As for the chariot being supported by RC, could we not quickly run it over to Dellham to be supported from there?

So the plan could be to rush build the warrior but move the Horse instead. The chariot could be sent to Dellham but it would lose some exploration time and would take quite a while to get there anyway.

It would only take 4 turns to reach Dellham, change its support city and return to it's current square. The domestic advisor would have to decide if the extra shields are worth the 4 turns lost in exploration.

I'd rather keep the Horse where it is, a central Southern Guard. If we do move it to RC, there is no reason to rush the replacement Warrior guard IIRC (If I Recall Correctly).

Let's just rush the Warrior, and have one turn of Entertainer in RC. It costs so little, $8 and one FishTurn, not even any production (I hope!)

If we rush the warrior we will lose two shields of production in TF as well as 2 food, 2 shields 1 gold and 1 science in RC. If the warrior isn't able to move along the road and then to a second sqaure, it will be an additional 2 food, 1 gold and 1 science that will be lost in RC.

Seems quite bit to lose so the horeman can stay 'centralized'. PLus, just becasue the horseman goes there for now doesn't mena it can never move back to TF later.

We do not 'have' to rush the warrior, but generally, we should be rushing everything we are building (to a certain degree). Any turns we can save this early in the game by rushing units are exponential in what we will get back later on.

I would agree to send the horse to RC temporarily, until another unit can arrive to free it up to send back. The problem becomes where will that unit come from? If TF starts on a settler, the warrior will need to stay there when completed, and no new unit will be forthcoming, until possibly after the settler is built. This is one reason I spend the extra gold/production and build Phalanxes rather than warriors. I don't have to worry so much about keeping fast attack units around. Although getting the horse back to TF as soon as convenient would be a good thing.

Well. Only 5 citizens have voted on this one. The Duke has made a rather powerful statement, and has garnered 3 votes. I'm the only vote for the $8 Warrior dash to RC. Since many citizens have voted for Elysium, it seems several citizens are undecided about this choice.

So be it. If our President moves soon, the decision seems to be: wait one turn, then move the Horse to RC. It does not appear necessary to spend gold on the Warrior. Both cities can remain productive. Btw, we're earning $5/turn.

Then let's start another unit, a Settler, and if anyone wants a poll on that one, please state an alternative here. I think that IPRB $13 Warrior will speed the next TFalls Settler nicely. Anyone think that will work? Do we need to recall a unit from the frontier?

I voted to finish the warrior in TF and to move the horse to RC ASAP. Then a settler to let our empire grow, I'd like it to settle 2whale city as the settlers from Dellham will found the cities on the rivers.
